Heart Disease Just in case you need one more reason to protect yourself from heart disease, here it is: New research suggests coronary heart disease may actually adversely impact your cognitive function. Don't put your heart, or mind, at risk. Make sure you eat a heart healthy diet and try to fit in as much exercise as you can. And, be sure you keep a close eye on your cholesterol.
