How Well Does Your Blood Clot?
Too Much Clotting can Put You at Risk

Blood Clot Risks Most people have heard of blood clots, but few appreciate the risks they present. The truth is, blood clots are responsible for both strokes and embolisms. Fortunately, a physician can tell if you have an abnormal risk for blood clots with a few simple tests (such as a coagulation test).

If a doctor determines that you are at risk for a clot, don't worry. A solution may be as simple as using an
anticoagulant or controling the amount of vitamin K in your diet.
